The Ring Mag Heavyweight Rankings...WTF?!?!

So Klitschko completely dominates and stops Chagaev. Chagaev did not even come close to winning a round. The new HW rankings for ring are released today and guess what? CHAGAEV MOVES UP TO #2!!!!! All ring did was move Wlad Klit up to the Champ and moved everyone else up a spot and put Boytsov at #10. I have no problem with Boytsov at 10 as he is good and shows improvement each time out. Moving Chagaev up a spot after being completely dominated is ridiculous! Having Ruiz in the Top 10 is also ridiculous!
